Full review

TradingSphere is the trading brand of TOB Trading Ltd, a Seychelles company that publishes its licence details, legal documents and fee information on its own website. This first version of our review records what the company states publicly, with the date each item was checked. It is not a recommendation.

Who operates the brand

The website footer names TOB Trading Ltd, registered at Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Seychelles, and licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under licence number SD172. A separate company, Novaga Ltd of Limassol, Cyprus, is named as the provider of payment services. Clients contract with the Seychelles entity, which sits outside the European Union, United Kingdom and Australian regimes, so the investor-compensation schemes attached to those regimes do not apply.

What is available to trade

The website lists contracts for difference on currencies, indices, commodities, share CFDs and cryptocurrencies. These are leveraged products: the amount at risk is the value of the position, not the margin placed to open it.

How costs are published

Commissions, overnight financing charges, inactivity charges, and deposit and withdrawal charges were all published in the material we checked. A currency-conversion charge was not stated, so anyone funding an account in a currency other than the account currency should ask for that figure in writing before depositing.

Funding and client money

The company states that client funds are held in segregated accounts and that negative balance protection applies, and it publishes its risk disclosure and client agreement without requiring registration. Its FAQ states that the company charges nothing to deposit, that funding is handled in the client portal, and that a withdrawal returns the original deposit to the payment method used, with any remaining profit sent by bank transfer.

Support

Live chat, email and a telephone number are published, with availability stated as around the clock on weekdays.

Education and research

The website carries an education section, material explaining trading risk, webinars or courses, market analysis and an economic calendar.

Before opening an account

Confirm licence SD172 on the register of the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, read the risk disclosure and client agreement in full, and check which company holds the money and which country’s courts and complaint procedures apply. A majority of retail accounts lose money when trading CFDs.

CFDs and other leveraged products carry a high risk of losing money rapidly because of leverage, and a majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. A high editorial score reflects disclosure and service quality. It does not make trading safe.
